DB2 UDB Audit facility

We are planning to use DB2 audit facility in our shop. Can you please answer the following questions.

1.can we activate it for specific user IDs?
2.is there a way to activate it for all "privledged DBA" accounts?
3.Can we exclude the instance owner?
4.Can we limit the auditing to log only "structure" changes? (No Select, insert, etc.)

Manual does not specify ,about how to activate for specific User ID's. Can you tell us how to achieve that.
