Re: db2 -- how can i understand a char(10) content is
n?eric or not ???

This is a discussion on Re: db2 -- how can i understand a char(10) content is
n?eric or not ??? within the db2-udb forums in Other Databases category; Why is silly stuff like this required? How much effort would it take for IBM to deliver the common functions of the competing Database brands. Certainly it would make the cost of switch way less, and the results far more successful. And besides, what kind of lanugage doesn't provide functions for validating entry? gees. Give me Microsoft anyday, at least they know how to program....
