Default KUDCMA_DB2.exe errors in db2diag.log after applying 9.5 ESE FP2

After applying FP2 for DB2 9.5 ESE on Windows XP Professional 5.1 SP3,
errors such that below appear in db2diag.log every minute for each
database.

2008-09-11-20.07.22.343000+480 E2963893H556 LEVEL: Severe
PID : 2796 TID : 3064 PROC :
KUDCMA_DB2.exe
INSTANCE: DB2 NODE : 000
EDUID : 3064
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, base sys utilities, db2DbDirGetNextEntry, probe:4
DATA #1 :
Application must be updated to call the db2DbDirGetNextEntry API with
a current
version number in order to retrieve the database directory entry for
the
database with alias "TOOLSDB" because the downlevel API call is unable
to
handle its path of "K:\DB2DATA01".

I've tried db2iupdt but it didn't help.

Any idea how to resolve this?

Thanks.
