| "George Orwell" news:c257fbb48b9d79e860676af39f4ddb5d-at-mixmaster.it ... > How did the IUA go? My opinions of how the IUA conference went are highly biased but I thought it was excellent. The speakers are the backbone of these things and all the speakers I saw were extremely good. Doug Inkster did his usual trick of delivering a torrent of information in his soothing and languid way; Rick van der Lans was a polished and interesting presenter from outside our usual pool of talent, and Emma McGratten made a brave attempt to do a live demo of the results of the development sprint and angered the demo gods. There was way too much to go over here; maybe others can talk about their particular favorite sessions. All I can say is try to get to the next one. The date is in my sig. > Nothing on www.iua.org.uk - indeed registrations are still being > solicited! Currently the presentation slides are available only to those who registered to attend. In a month or so we will probably make them generally available. It may take a little while to remove the registration invitation because the IUA is a volunteer organization.
