| Hi all, Is there a connection attribute I can specify on a vnode so that its read-only? Martin Bowes |

| Hi, You mean, you want to specify in the vnode, that the session is a read-only session? I can't imagine how this should work. A vnode is used to establish a connection, thats all. And even when we could specify an initial sql command to be executed(to set the session read-only), the user could overwrite this by an additional SQL command. | Yep, I came to that conclusion myself shortly after I posted it. I decided it was easier to make select grants on the tables for the specific user the vnode authenticates as.
