(Certification Body from The Netherlands) for delivering ITIL
Foundation & Manager Training & conducting Certification Exam.

The Foundation Training is 2 days full time course from 9:30am to
6:30pm. In these 2 days participant will learn all the basic concepts
and terminologies of ITIL & Relationship between various ITIL
processes.

Mock exams will be conducted in the training itself to make
participant familiar with the exam pattern & difficulty level of the
Main Exam. Trainer will evaluate the participant's performance &
accordingly suggest when to go ahead for the Main Certification Exam.
Till date we have track record of 95% plus passing percentage for
participants through our training. Trainer who will be delivering the
Training Program is ITSM Certified, having hands on experience in
implementing the ITIL Process in Live Environment. Blend of IT
Experience & thorough Subject knowledge assures the quality delivery
of the subject matter apart from being consultant to major ITIL
Process Management Projects.
