create new user

Hi

I have a Domino server 7.0.2 trial and a lotus-client 6.5.1
I have one admin user called SYSTEM.

I'd like to create an account/profile for the logged on windows-user
on the client machine.

I have no idea where to start. I have almost no experience using notes
and domino.

Simply starting the Client-cfg wizard and typing in the user's
name won't work, because it is not a known user then.

So i guess i have to create a user-account on the server side
first. How?
