When replying to an email prompted for import

This is a discussion on When replying to an email prompted for import within the lotus-notes-admin forums in Other Technologies category; I have an end user that is running Notes 6.54 and when she replies to any email (internal or external) it prompts with an import dialog box. I've tried refreshing and replacing the design on her mail file. Also checked her mail preferences which are all default settings. Has anyone else ever encountered this?...

Default When replying to an email prompted for import

I have an end user that is running Notes 6.54 and when she replies to
any email (internal or external) it prompts with an import dialog box.
I've tried refreshing and replacing the design on her mail file. Also
checked her mail preferences which are all default settings. Has
anyone else ever encountered this?

Hi,

To add up wayde's reply , also check the signature file pointing to
the .htm (if it is missing) , else rename notes.ini and setup again.

This same odd-ball behavior can be found in R8. Took me a couple of
weeks to track that problem down.
