Upgrading Lotus Notes from R5 to ???

Currently we have R5 in our office.

We would like to upgrade to a newer version of Lotus Notes (at least
to R6).

Our company is rather small: it's about one server and about dozen or
so client workstations.

However, nobody here has enough experience with Lotus Notes to expect
such an upgrade to go smoothly and painlessly (preferrably without any
downtime for end-users) even on such a small scale.

So we would like to consider an alternative to DIY approach.

Can you please recommend any specific consultant(s) in the Bay Area
who could help us with the upgrade?
