Default Acceptable (normal) memory usage for nupdate.exe

Hi

While working in Notes I have recently noticed performance degradation
and I suspect it is due to heavy demand on view indexing in a large
application here. On checking resource allocation on the server I have
noticed that nupdate.exe rises steadily – at present it is 500Mb!! -
and then drops rapidly to about 1Mb. This process repeats.

I assume that 500 Mb is a figure to be concerned about! Compared to
other posts on LDD that I have exhaustively trawled this morning, I
believe 50 Mb is about the norm. If this is so – and the purpose of
this post to ask if it is – then I have major view indexing issues.

Thanks in advance for comments or opinions!

Andrew
