agents/commands

This is a discussion on agents/commands within the lotus-notes-misc forums in Other Technologies category; just moved from exchange to lotus notes. so far not a fan but giving it a try.... I created a bunch of agents to move emails to specific folders. I then created a smart icon where the formula runs about of them. this way i click one button and they all fire off. the problem is that after each is done it will have a pop up about no documents found if there is nothing to move. how do I disable the popups? code is.... @Command([ToolsRunMacro]; Research1 ); @Command([ToolsRunMacro]; Research2 ); @Command([ToolsRunMacro]; Research3 )etc.........

Are you using Notes 5.x? I think that behaviour was changed with Notes 6 or
6.5.

doesn't solve this problem, but why don't you use rules to put the mail
in the folders when it arrives?
