| I previously had Lotus Notes 4.5 on my computer at work and was able to have Notes' Time Zone Set to Central Time and my Operating System set to Mountain time. I need it this way as I work on a Team that is located in Central ( I am in Mountain time) and I need to see all the forms in the databases with the same dates and times as seen by my team members. All worked ok. Now I have been upgraded to Notes 6.5 and it seems that the operating system time zone and notes are tied togetrher and I cannot separate them. I tried going to the bottom right of Notes and clicking on I believe it's called Office and then t on Admin. I change the Time zone to central time and I see the dates and times correctly (same as my counter parts in Central) on the LotusNotes Data Base forms however my system clock changes also. When I get invited to a meeting and Accept it in Outlook it puts it in my calendar at the wrong time because it thinks I am in Central time. If I change the time in the Op system then Lotus changes time also. Any work arounds for this? |
