Slow NotesClient

Hi
Sorry in advance, that I'm crossposting to more than one newsgroup, but I'm
confused of what could be source of my problem so... ;o)

We are runing Domino and Client release 5.0.11. Domino runs on W2K server
and Clients on W2K Professional.

We have configured our clients so, that notes.ini, desktop5.dsk,
bookmark.nsf, names.nsf, user.id and perweb.nsf are used through the network
from userdirectory and everything else is on local machine. (Like this in
notes.ini

Directory=x:\lotus\notes\data
WinNTIconPath=C:\lotus\notes\data\W32

We have problems with Notes being extremely slow. The 'funny' part is, that
this problem doesn't concern all users, only few. We have of course checked
network connection from these users, but there seems to be nothing wrong
with the LAN.

Does anybody share these problems or has anybody any suggestions where we
could even start looking for answers to our this.
