Using a Database to distribute a media file

This is a discussion on Using a Database to distribute a media file within the lotus-notes-misc forums in Other Technologies category; I've been assigned a project to distribute a video in a windows media file format. Security is essential with this data, so we don't want it to get outside the company. What steps are necessary to set the file parameters to prevent downloading/saving of said file? (I realize that this is more of a Win question, but may or may not involve some LS work. Let's see what the responses are. Thanks.) The file may (undecided as yet) be accessed by either Notes or IE. Thanks, Collin KC8TKA...
