Alternatives for message boxes

I am running an agent that embeds an Excel spreadsheet using lotus
script. When I insert 2 message boxes line, one before and one after
the set object (Set
object=rtitem.EmbedObject(EMBED_OBJECT,"",ExcelFileName$,"Analysis"))
line. The agent will run properly, but I have to click OK 20 times
(Loop 10 times). When I take out the message boxes, the agent will
skip the set object line after the first loop. I used the timer
function in lotus, but that did not work. I need help if there are
any other alternatives for messages boxes with clicking OK 20 times.
