Default Trouble sending attachments (Gmail)

Hi...

I´m using Notes 6.5 Mac client, and also set i up for direct access to
my Gmail account. Some days ago, when i tried to send an attachement
(PDF file) to a friend, replication quitted my approach with
"Replicator error, Network operation did not complete in an reasonable
amount
of time; please retry". I did several times, but with the same effect.

As this behaviour only acours when a)sending attachments and b) only
with Gmail, i thought that i might ask here, as maybe this is some
known issue. Or could the problem be on my side (MIME settings coming
to mind)?

TIA

-Sascha

Default Re: Trouble sending attachments (Gmail)

It seems that choosing "Require SSL connection" in the Outgoing Mail
Database Properties has solved this.
