| We have a problem opening anthoer person's calandar. However the problem only occurs between one specific user and one specific person. When user X opens the Calendar of personY, the calendar is shown like a table (only row-numbers) and the tab is labeled "Person Y - CalendarFS". When anyone else opens the Calendar op person Y, the calander is displayed correctly like a schedule (day / week / month / ...). When user X opens any other person's calendar, the calander is also displayed correctly like a schedule, BESIDE the one of person Y. The problem only occurs between user X and person Y. What's wrong and how to fix? version: Lotus Notes 6.5.1 Twan |

| Hi all, I know plain well what a pain in the ass is when a newbie asks a simple question that is answered in every forum and every manual, and they did not bother to make a googling. But I am new to Lotus, I have a problem, I searched everywhere, I asked in every forum and every list I found, and nobody answers. It's probably because it's so simple, they do not bother but, what can I do? My problem is this: I am supposed so send a text with 2 attachments (a doc file and a xls file) to several email addresses every day. The text is one page and a half long, and the text files contain the same text. I installed Lotus, configured it to work with GMail (I can check email, send and receive with CC and BCC, with and without attachments, with no problems) and I go to Groups. I create a group with the email addresses, let's call it "MyList", then I open a new email message, prepare everything, I go to the BCC field, type or select MyList, and it tells me it cannot find the path to server. I have to write every address to send it properly, which is awful. In my very small knowledge of Lotus, I think it understands "Mylist" as a wrong email address or a worker connected to a Lotus server, while it is only connected to Gmail and I am the only one. Can you help me to solve this issue? I'm using Lotus 8.0 on XP Pro SP2. |
