Quoted text gets bigger with each reply

This is a discussion on Quoted text gets bigger with each reply within the lotus-notes-misc forums in Other Technologies category; I'm in tech support for a large enterprise that uses Lotus Notes, and one of my users has a issue with Notes wherein every time he replies to someone who is also using Notes, the quoted text grows larger, so that by the time mail has been sent back 4 or 5 times, the oldest quoted text has grown huge. I can't seem to find the keywords to do a search to find the solution to this issue. Please advise. TIA, Luitgard...

Default Quoted text gets bigger with each reply

I'm in tech support for a large enterprise that uses Lotus Notes, and
one of my users has a issue with Notes wherein every time he replies
to someone who is also using Notes, the quoted text grows larger, so
that by the time mail has been sent back 4 or 5 times, the oldest
quoted text has grown huge. I can't seem to find the keywords to do a
search to find the solution to this issue. Please advise.

TIA, Luitgard

http://ibm.com is a really big site. Could you be a little more
specific? Did you give a more specific URL, but it got cut off? Or
are you implying that these Lotus Notes discussion groups with their
rich history spanning over 10 years have no reason to exist as all
answers can be had from IBM's Web site? ;-)
