| When I create a new calendar entry, I have the option "pencil in" or in german "vormerken". I read the help but I have no idea how that works. The helps says something like "keep free for the free time schedule". So when should I use "pencil in" and what does it do then? Martin |

| If you mark something in your calendar with "pencil in" that means if another user is looking at your free time schedule you will not show up as busy at that time. This is good to use for appointments, meetings, all day events which are more of reminders or not as important that you can attend something else during that time.. -- --------------------------------- --- -- - Posted with NewsLeecher v3.91 Beta 2 Web @ http://www.newsleecher.com/?usenet ------------------- ----- ---- -- - |
