| I have been given the task of web enabling an older database so that users can access it via iNotes on our VPN. The major form that I need to web enable has numerous "assigned to" type fields. All of these are based on the name and address book look up option in Notes that is not supported in iNotes. We commonly need to assign things to just about anyone that uses notes, but like any company we also have people leaving the company and joining the company. Having these fields depend on the address book really reduces administration. I'd assume others have run into this problem before. How did you handle it? Appreciate any ideas Larry |
