Default Can anyone supply a working visual c++ 7 .sln file for API samples/misc/extpwd example?

Subject says it all...

I cannot build this example from from the supplied .mak file. I get
this error:
Microsoft (R) Incremental Linker Version 7.00.9466
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
extwin.res : fatal error LNK1106: invalid file or disk full: cannot
seek to 0x62
010000
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'link' : return code '0x452'
(no, my drive is not full, and yes, I added the notesapi include and
lib files to my path)

When that didn't work, I pieced together a new project from scratch
(yes, to make a dll, not an exe) by dragging in the supplied .c and .h
files, and after some tinkering got it to build, but when I add the
resulting .dll to my notes.ini and relaunch Notes, it has no effect. I
see the standard password dialog rather than the replacement dialog
the .dll is supposed to provide. I can tell by using sysinternals
process explorer that Notes _is_ loading my dll, it just doesn't do
anything.

So, can anyone provide a working project file I can build from?

Alan
