Default Problem connecting to database

Hi!
I have got a problem that I do not know how to debug and solve really.
On a server at home there is a server running SQL Express 2005 and it is behind a netgear router.

To login to the server I have a forwarding port in the router which forwards the request to the server. I do not want to remember the IP-address so I have created an alias at dyndns.org.
It works fine to connect to the database using the dyndns-address when I am inside the NAT but from outside i does not work.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to solve it?
