FuzzyLookup does not like my primraykey?

Hi All
SSIS is giving me this:

[Fuzzy Against MDMWorklist [9935]] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR.
An OLE Database error has occurred. Error code: 0x80040E14. An OLE DB record is
available. Source: "Microsoft SQL Native Client" Hresult: 0x80040E14
Description: "Multiple identity columns specified for table
'FuzzyLookupMatchIndex_FLRef_080828_13:50:15_1092_ 4a308d82-38bc-4267-b975-003b925a71e1'. Only one identity column per table is allowed.".

I am trying to get my fuzzylookup to return my "worklistId" which is a
primary with identity...why is ssis giving me the following error. The
package works fine when i de select the "worklistId"...
