DTS package query -- how to

I have a large number of DTS packages on my 2000 servers and need to catalog
them all. Our developers omitted that step when they created them over time.

Is there a way to query DTS packages so that I can get all of the
configuration settings and code? Opening each DTS package individually and
copying or doing screen shots would be a very long process, and I'm looking
for a shortcut.
