Steps for loading a databse from higher version to lower version

Please let me know the steps how to load a database(lower
backup version) from higher backup verion database.....

Are you familiar with the "bcp" tool?

You can't load backwards across major version numbers -
you would have to do something like extract DDL and data
and rebuild the database on the lower version.
